AAA '08 con screening at The Arts House
WAS A BLAST XD
met up with weiqi at hougang mall, and i had sukiyaki at the sukiyaki restaurant in hougang mall
i must say, the service's great and for once, i heard someone say "Irrasyaimase~" in decent Japanese greeting.
the food's great and pretty :) too bad i didn't take any pictures because i was busy eating
i ate a lot, especially the fish cakes. one of them was shaped like sakuras and i just couldn't resist eating!
hehe :D
after that we were so high we kept talking on the mrt about the event, and caught up with each other's life. like, i haven't seen my bestie for a long time!
on the way there, a weird old couple boarded the train. the elderly woman sat down, and urged her partner to sit down.
and then the strange thing happened.
like, the old man was making a big fuss of not sitting down because he thought he wasn't old. and uh, don't the wrinkles and white hair show something?
some kind lady encouraged him to sit down, but he just made a whole big fuss about only old people needing to sit down. and he doesn't.
oh please.
but that isn't the main point ><
after we got down we were kinda lost, but then we found our way. The Arts House was just behind Victoria Concert Hall.
it was obvious where the screening was held at, because weiqi and me found the board which read: "Yama x Kaze screening AAA 08"
and we were already squealing omfg :D
when we went in the waiting room there were some fans there, omgosh there were many age ranges!
like i saw some about the same age as the both of us, some 20-ish, some 30-ish and there was even an obasan bringing her kid LOL
the thing was, it wasn't a gathering that consisted of only JE fans.
IT WAS ALL ARASHI FANS!
we got to know some fans, and i found some sho-biased fans too!
okay i admit, a long time ago i said i loved them all equally, but times change and sadly i do too :(
but now i'm trying to split myself equally already!! just give me time
anyway, we got door gifts!
omgoshhhh.
after we registered, they gave us this small paper bag which was made from magazine pages. wow, they're real eco!
and inside, consisted of a shop photo, 1 badge, 1 bingo card game(for the games later) and 2 japanese sweets :)
i got Matsujun shop photo!!
omg omg.
and my badge read "マツジュン"
i was soooo freaking out!
like, the shop phtots are real. 100% from Johnny's shop.

i wasn't a tad disappointed with getting matsujun goods, i would be satisfied with any!
before the start of the screening, weiqi lent me her 5x10 kids' uchiwa.it's pathetic that i don't have any
i held sakuraibamoto (my newpairing threesome 
) while she held ohmiya hehe 
finally, it was the start of the screening!
i was already squealing and waving the uchiwas when they played the introduction song.
AND THEN THEY CAME OUT. AND EVERYONE SCREAMED/SQUEALED/FLAILED/ALL OF THE ABOVE.
omgosh, it was so surreal.
the first song was Love So Sweet
it totally touched my heart~
and i was on my feet already jumping to the beat and waving and singing my lungs out.
the next few songs were epic, (almost) everyone got on their feet and started waving their uchiwas and pen light
okay, i shan't do a song list because this is an old concert, but i just wanna say i had a blast!
singing my lungs out, doing the fan actions( i cheated my way through, just hope that no one noticed when i was doing the wrong acitons :p), screaming and squealing and cheering whenever they did solos, jumping, waving the uchiwas
i finally got to have a feel of how fangirls really feel when they're at the concert. even if it's just a screening.
during the intermission, they let us play some games, the first being the Arashi song Bingo(if you'd have to say a name i'll name it this way ._.)
which was the Bingo card we had when we received our door gifts.

we had to choose any of the songs on the front side and write them down.
they would then play random arashi songs which was included in the front page; the first 10 lucky fans who complete any rows/columns/diagonals would stand a chance to win 2 shop photos! lucky them :(
(sorry my handwriting sucks because you know, i was damn excited and my hands were cold because of the aircon :/)
if you see, i had 4 chances!
but then the prizes were already taken awww
but then there were still other games, one was called "The Quiz Show"~
it was real cool, 5 volunteers went up to stand a chance to win different prizes. (if i remember correctly,they're Popolo Mags with Arashi on the cover!)
i didn't volunteer because i wasn't really confident of myself :x (call myself a fan when i don't even know how to dance any arashi songs ): )
and then it was time to start the video again.
they had some techical problems, but it didn't really matterbecause i didn't notice it at all till weiqi told me
the starting song was Re(mark)able,followed by Truth and Step and Go.
all songs were great
and oh i forgot to mention, but the Stage MC was funny too!
Sho-chan's "Mama gohan tsukuro(i think)" in that cutesy accent was too much for me to bear. i nearly fainted
they were teasing sho and ohno all the way.
Riida you shouldn't fish too much! :p
and then it was the last song.
but then there was surely an encore, if you've watched the con before.
but being fangirls, we kept saying 'encore! encore! encore!"
damn funny :D
there were 2 encores, and i really really really enjoyed myself!
the last few songs i was screaming while singing the lyrics at the top of my lungs.
i wonder if i can sing tomorrow, i still have choir!
but who cares, i was having so much fun i forgot about things like these.
good things have to have an end.
the DVD ended, and we were surprised with the last Lucky Draw!
but aww i didn't win anything. gosh i admire those lucky fans!
some got shop photos, JE magazines, i think a photo album, andddddddddd!
ARASHI UCHIWAAAAAAA! i think it's the recent one, or maybe it's the 5x10 one.
it was big! and sparkly! and all 5 members were there!
before we left they took pictures with all of us and we all said "Arashi~~~~" instead of the normal "cheese~"
another photo they took; we made the A no Arashi pose! :D
anddddd before we left, we even took a video by singing Sho a happy birthday :)
i hope the video somehow gets sent to him! so that arashi knows that singapore has fans and there are people willing to wait for them to come here too!
the event ended, my legs were killing me, damn flats and my sis said that they were comfy -.-
weiqi and me walked to the bus stop to wait for 107.
we waited.
and waited.
and waited.
and waited.
..an hour passed.
i'm serious.
weiqi sent and asked the iris thingy, and they replied back saying that 107 wasn't in service today. wth T.T
fineeeee, we took another bus instead and changed bus on the way.
but lucky the bus was quite empty, and we chatted chatted chatted along the way. old friends, you see XD
oh and thanks weiqi for telling me all those useful skincare tips! i will follow them wahaha
we said goodbye, and then i went home~
overall it was damn fun!
i hope such an event is organised again^^
oh and what i did with the door gifts:

hanging on my wall. just beside me so i can see matsjun when i wake up in the morning! XD (ahhh my walls are bare, i should furnish them soon..)
