term 3 starts in less than an hour, and.. ah well i guess i've worked hard and played hard this holiday.
the most surprising thing is that i actually managed to finish all my homework except the various,uh,blanks before 12!!
kinda proud of myself

...Prelim 2 in less than 3 weeks, Prelim 3 coming right up after September term break, and then it's O's.

i think it's been a week since i've last posted?

not been using the computer, in a desperate attempt to stick to my 'study' timetable.
which i haven't been doing, not really :(

after all, it's the holidays, right? *winks*

monday, uhh went back to school for oral consultation. ended up quite embarrassing because *someone* kept laughing. and i was trying to hold back my laughter LOL

tuesday was my oral, damn even though it's only with Ms Betsy Teo but it's nerve-wrecking! and even more so since i'm the first one. because i'm the last one in the list i have to be the timekeeper, which means i have to be the first one to be tested  T.T
(okay, try saying that in one whole breath. i know i did :P)
hmmmm, but i'm not prepared, seriously.

O-level English Oral's in 20th july, almost one month away...and Prelim Two's coming right up, like someone just slapped me in the face.
even though i expected it.


wednesday was slacky day again, maths in school, then went to eat this stall called chick chat at hougang mall.
hmmmmmm, i thought the chicken was nice and crispy but then, only chicken wings+onion rings+ lemon tea for a meal priced at 5.80?
maybe i'll have to think twice again.

yesterday went out with my beloved ah boon again (wahahahahaha i'm not stealing her from you okay yetlin!)
hehe.
went for the robinsons sale at Expo, hmmmm though i was mildly disappointed.
didn't really buy anything there, just bought a maybelline eyeliner, 2 nail polish and 1 St. Ives Moisturizer. because yeah, my Sakura Cherry blossom from Body Shop's gonna hit bottom soon D:
damn, and i love that scent so much! gonna miss it when i finish using it
hmmmm, since there's nothing much we took the mrt, navigated our way and went to Paya Lebar.
ate lunch at Suki Sushi, honestly i think the Ebi Curry Rice isn't that great; the curry's not thick enough! or maybe it's just me LOL
then, hmmmm went auntie shopping at This Fashion after so long. hahaha, and i found a daaaaaaang nice oversize top with fake black studs at the sides gosh it's prettyaeeeeeeeee~!
i didn't know i looked good in oversize, but then :D
bought another cheapo jeans for 10 bucks. it's only TEN BUCKS! XD
got it for a nice shade of grey too

and then i realised i spent too much. gahhhhhhhhhhh.
think i spent almost 100 on my purchases this month already.
so now, my new resolution: NOT TO SPEND ON EXPENSIVE FOOD, CLOTHES, ACCESSORIES, SKINCARE STUFF UNLESS NECESSARY.
oh any my media player just played Happiness.

hmmm, omg i tweeted around 207 tweets on #Nintendomiya today~ i'm still in awe of the highest contributor though...
#Nintendomiya didn't trend, mainly because of world cup i think D:
but ah well, i got to see so many fans show their love for arashi! which makes me all the more happy desu~

anyway, today's post will be for one of my friend's sister, basically i'll talk on tips on how to treat and prevent acne, so if you're not interested, just click the cross on your window and i won't be unhappy about anything LOL. oh and i think for people who haven't experienced it yet (if you haven't then bless you you're lucky!), this post may be a bit disgusting so i suggest you better skip and read my next post or close the window or whatever.
 
PS: all these are tips based on my own experience, so they may not always be correct. if your situation still persists if you've tried everything, i seriously urge you to seek treatment from a dermatologist asap.

and then #Nintendomiya project on next Wendesday Thursday *i just realised my mistake. gomen nino! ><* :D
i still don't have any idea what to do for Nino's birthday! *frowns*


and i don't think i have enough money to buy the album or the single
but i'm really happy for them though

oh! how can i forget!
Arashi's really making a storm in Japan.
just last year they had 3 days straight in Kokuritsu.. and this year they extended it by 1 more day to 4 days OMG


just another thing but i'm kinda worried that they'll be drained of all energy :(

studying at the library today, i've been kinda productive! *proud*
finished revising speed of reaction (uhh, but without doing any questions><) and 2 physics chapters today
the only thing was that since i woke up late, and because my uncle hogged the bathroom far longer than i thought i woke up late too...and didn't manage to get any tables. ughhhh.
nvm, i don't have any classes on wendesday yay :)
so i'll just wake up extra early and hog the bathroom wahahaha. and stand outside 15min before the library opens so i can get first seats ehehehe




watching HnA really cheers me up, this whole week's litreally been an emotional rollercoaster ride for me..
ah well.
just 4 more months and i can be free~~

been laughing so much today, such a vast difference from how i was feeling yesterday.

...damnit. feeling really low these few days.

this whole week wasn't in any way like holidays at all, (sigh) guess that's gotta be expected.

just a quick post about what they played on jpopdaisuki @ 93.3 today.
i missed a bit of the first part because i was a bit late..
the first 3 songs they played were the top three songs from last week's Oricon's ranking i think.
first they played KAT-TUN's Going!; then it was Kana Nishino's Aitakute Aitakute
i though Going! was too techno, not my cuppa tea :O
and Aitakute's damn catchy!
then they finally played Monster~!
immediately brightened up when they played the song.
but i just didn't like the deejay's comment about the song sounding like the theme song for Twilight or something -.-
like, noooooooooo!
it sounds more truth-ppoi :p
but i was generally happy about how they complimented Monster's sales ^^

next they played Yamapi's Loveless, i think this song's been aired several times already? (O_O) at least for the times i listen to,anyway.
the deejay talked about his upcoming movie, Ashita no Joe and talked about Yamapi's hot bod.
i mean, yeah he's got a hot bod, that i can't deny.
but now i'm just not so interested in him
but i'm kinda looking forward to Yamapi boxing too ^^ (if i'm not wrong Ashita no Joe's about boxing right?)

now AIKO's Mukaiawase playing now, haven't heard this song before but like usual, AIKO's voice is great :)
what's next on the list is ORANGE RANGE's Hana
this played last year and i kept listening to it, but now i'm kinda bored of the song already LOL
the only other song i know from ORANGE RANGE is Ikenai Taiyou, the ending song of Hana Kimi. which is like ages ago LOL

June holidays have offically started, but i don't feel like it's the holidays at all ._.
my whole schedule's already packed with extra lessons and remedials,oh well..
less then 4 months to O's; gotta work really really hard!


and a side note: less than 20 days to Nino's birthday!
which means 2 more days before i can be Nino-biased for 1 whole month hehehe

( boys will always be rascals *rolls eyes* )
on the flipside...

these whole week i've been hardworking, i can't believe i actually stuck to my study timetable :O
oh well, except today while napping i kinda over-napped(?) and ended up not doing the english compre i had intended too.
aww but there's always leeways right :)



i've decided not to drop to combined sciences until if i fail prelim 2 again, then i swear i will drop by that time.
even though this is a costly decision, i can't just let myself give up so easily.
many teachers have kept telling us to choose what's best for us; even though i know i'm weak in sciences..
i believe that if i work hard for something, it'll eventually pay off, even if it doesn't always go the way you want to.
hmmmm some people have dropped even though they passed, (i failed both terribly), but i still wanna persevere..
i just don't want to give up so easily.
i think if i can do it for my P6 science, why not now?

today when i went for tuition my teacher gave me a small lecture again about another of her students
the moral of the story?
yeah, like always it's to work hard (i'm writing in a very monotonous state, no sarcasm intended!)
it's kinda true also lorh.
because O's is a once in a lifetime kinda thing. unless you repeat another year, which i would definitely not want to.
i made a study timetable yesterday, i'm really gonna implement it starting from tomorrow.
i swear i'm gonna keep pulling up my grades and be consistent
because i've realised unless i do it myself no one will help me.


i've made my mind to only use the computer on mondays, fridays and saturdays, so hopefully i won't miss out too much in fandom.
but yeah, i know many sec 4 fangirls (or fanboys?) have given up/taken hiatus from fandom, but i don't think i can survive a few months without even searching about information about Arashi, so yeah.

i'll try to keep with my resolution!

hmmmm okay shall end here because i don't really know what to say already

got back all results today except for HCL.

the thing i'm proudest of is i passed all my humans subjects with As/Bs
and at least my E. Maths got a B3/4
don't know english and HCL score yets,haven't tabulated english scores and didn't get back HCL scripts.

the only thing i was disappointed in was i failed all my sciences and A.Maths.
first time in my life i got 1 D7 and 2 E8s.
real embarrassing.

maybe the truth didn't sink in yet, so it was only after i took my Chemistry paper did reality really sink in.
i failed.
and suddenly just rushed to the toilet and broke down.
sorry and thank you to the people who comforted me, even tried to make me smile.
i've thought it through, and i'm okay now, just if anyone's worrying

maybe it's because of the fact that i worked hard for all 3 papers but i didn't get what i thought i would.
my thinking was: "aiyah since everytime i also fail the papers but eventually i would pass one~"
because i thought that way, i began to think i would pass
which i didn't.

i know i worked hard, but not hard enough
it's useless to cry; it's useless to ponder and dwell about it anymore.
a remix from a quote from Mr Goh (this is what i came up with :p):

i've thought it through, i won't cry anymore.
it's no use.
and suddenly what Mr Koh told us today really made me think, though at first when he said that i thought it was lame. but it is quite true,actually.

that struck me first when i realised it's useless to keep wallowing in self-pity.

because in the end this is my future, this is my life. (wait does this sound like some song lyrics? )
only i can change it; and i can't do it if i keep thinking "it's useless, i can't do it..."
that's crap.

if i just change another perspective to look at things,
this is a lesson for me to learn from, this is another setback in life i have to overcome.
and i will.


Life's a bitch but it still goes on.

it's scary but i've gotta do it.



P.S.: was it too heavy? hahaha sorraye :x but i do hope it did help those people who didn't do well and encourage them to move on.. because if we move on we'll see that there are more paths we can use to help us succeed.
